- A 2024-2025 (available April 1) USA Hockey Membership Confirmation number is required to begin this registration. If you do not have one, follow this link to register. https://membership.usahockey.com
- This registration is for players who will be in Grade 6, 7 or 8 and 2012 birth year or older for the 2024-2025 school year.
- If you are registering a 2012 birth year player, please note that Mid-Am guidelines limit the number of 2012 birth year players we can roster. Your player may be placed on a wait list.
